If upon receipt of your order you find anything unsatisfactory/damaged, do not worry!
Send us an email at achomarts256@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the product, we
will confirm your return via email.
In the email confirming your return request, you will receive the address to which you have
to ship the product back. Cost of return will be the responsibility by the customer.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect the product after which you will receive an
email confirming that your return has been accepted. Then we will initiate the refund process
through bank transfer (Bank details will be requested). After processing the refund, the
amount will be credited into your bank account in 4-7 days.


NOTE: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original
packaging in the best possible condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
No returns or refunds will be applicable after 10 days of receiving the product.
Please Note -No returns are applicable on customized products Exchanges.

Exchanges are also allowed! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the
item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
